Tomato soup
Ingredients
Tomato 2
Carrot 1/2
Baby potato 1
Onion 1/4
salt to taste
sugar 1/2 tsp
cornflour 2 tsp
milk 1 tbp
pepper
butter 1 tbsp
fresh cream or butter for garnish
Method
Pressure cook all vegetables, blend and strain.
heat buter in a pan and add the puree. mix cornflour in milk and add. Add water to adjust consistency. Add salt, sugar and pepper. bring to boil and remove from fire.
serve hot garnished with fresh ream or butter
